Work with a giant in technology:

Fujitsu is one of the larget providers of Data Centre services in the Southern Hemisphere. We have two huge Data Centres in Western Sydney packed with computing power which major organizations use for the remote storage, processing, or distribution of large amounts of data. The Business Support role is a customer facing role, helping our clients by phone with any queries they have as well managing the monthly invoicing process,

In a typical day your tasks will be :
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Producing invoicing
  • Service level agreement reporting.
  • Raise and process purchase orders.
  • Maintaining and creation of documentation.
  • Support the DC team with ad hoc admin tasks
Building your own path to success:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • You could be a graduate looking to break into technology or a seasoned administrator keen to take on a straight forward position ( 38 hour week, no long hours, friendly team) or anything inbetween. This role will initally be ON SITE. Fujitsu is happy to offer flexible working and this role is no exception but there is an WFH will be considered once the succesful applicant has got their teeth into the role
  • Great Attitude! Eager to learn and keen to begin a career in a major multination
  • Excel Skills - decent experience of working and using large complex speadsheets
  • Easger to use your customer service skills over the phone and email
  • Experience with invoicing and raising purchase orders desirable but not essential
Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in certain circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption).
