Shape your world and achieve together
  • Provide operational support for Defence. Deployed Networks globally. This includes the Fleet Information Environment, Deployed Information Environment and Mission Partner Environment
  • Provide an escalated level 2 support for Incidents and Requests
  • Contribute to Problems, Changes and Knowledge
  • Provide 2nd level support to deployed Level1 Defence Administrators
  • Provide 1st and 2ndlevel support to deployed users on global activities, including Operations and Exercises.
  • Integrate and collaborate with other Defence ICT Service Providers
  • Provide Proactive monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure.
  • Provide timely and efficient resolution of incidents and tasks assigned through Defences Incident Management Tools within respective System Health Indicators
  • Manage key external stakeholders relevant to the achievement of business objectives, where relevant.
  • Leading a team tocontribute to resolution of incidents, even if not directly associated with Fujitsu tasks.
  • Leading a team in the identification, diagnosis, and resolution of infrastructure-related issues.
  • Update of procedural documentation associated with the support of server components within he Defence environment.
  • Participate in skill/knowledge sharing with all team members.

  • Ability to work within an environment with prescriptive functional and security procedures and to contribute to the maintenance and development of these procedures.

Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in some circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). Also, for client facing roles, some of our customers require our staff to be vaccinated to attend their workplaces. Based on Fujitsu’s assessment of workplace risk and the safety and wellbeing of our people and consultation with our staff, Fujitsu has a Vaccination Requirements policy which requires all new employees to have received at least two COVID-19 vaccinations or have a medical exemption or otherwise be approved by the Crisis Management Team (CMT). Exemptions will need to be reviewed and approved by Fujitsu’s CMT, prior to being employed. Note that for some roles, employees may need booster vaccination(s) in accordance with a public health order or customer requirement. Recruits will be required to provide evidence of their vaccination status as part of the recruitment process.
