We are on the lookout for a Service Aggregation Manager to bring onboard based in Wellington or Christchurch!

It is important that various Fujitsu and third party delivery teams are seen as "one service team", we are people centric and it will be the Service Aggregator’s responsibility to ensure the cohesiveness of delivery, both from the point of view of appearance and, more importantly, streamlined effectiveness and efficiency.

This role is aligned to a key energy client who is currently going through an exciting digital transformation and you will play an integral part in the success of it.

We are looking for a strong influencer / negotiator and someone who is passionate about motivate & developing a team of team leaders & technical service staff directly and/or indirectly.
You will be providing direction to ensure the team achieve their objectives & to constantly improve quality & teamwork.

Who you are:

  • Previous experience within managed services / outsourcing is important with at least 5+ years experience
  • Experience with project management & senior relationship management skills / experience.
  • Pragmatism and the drive for results
  • Previous experience in leadership roles and proven skills in working with senior-level customer and service delivery teams

Fujitsu complies with government legislation in various jurisdictions which in some circumstances may impose a requirement that certain workers be vaccinated against COVID-19 (or otherwise have a valid exemption). Note that for some roles, employees may need booster vaccination(s) in accordance with a public health order or customer requirement. Recruits will be required to provide evidence of their vaccination status as part of the recruitment process.
