Our Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Infrastructure Services business, based in Bunbury for an 12-month maternity leave cover.

Your Contribution

  • Providing day to day HR generalist support and advice concerning employee relations, performance management, recruitment, training, and HR policies & procedures.
  • Processing monthly reporting for the management team
  • Providing weekly/monthly payroll support
  • Providing support with on boarding of new employees

Let's Connect

  • A desire to learn HR from the ground-up, and work as a collective and collaborative team member;
  • Demonstrated administration experience, with an innate ability to prioritise and multi-task;
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage, partner, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Tertiary qualifications at degree level in human resources management, organisational development, business or a related field.
