What's on offer:
This newly created role in Fulton Hogan will allow you to grow and develop the Stabilisation Department within the Infrastructure Services team based in NSW. We will look to you to provide direction and leadership to your team, establish roles and responsibilities and ensure performance expectations are consistently met. You will essentially organically grow this business from the beginning and will have full scope & responsibility of stabilisation project works and P&L.

This role will require you to travel throughout of our areas of operation within NSW in order to build and grow the stabilisation business.

How you'll connect to the role:

As a Department Manager - Stabilisation you will have Civil Engineering degree with previous project experience in stabilisation and infrastructure works. You be an excellent communicator who is able to effectively build and manage stakeholders internally and externally.
