The Opportunity

This is an awesome opportunity for an experienced foreperson, with pavement / street scape experience looking to take a step up in their career.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with the relevant instruction and specifications
  • Developing and coaching your crew to develop their skill sets
  • Ensuring your team complies with Health & Safety policies and legislation, to maintain the safety of yourself, your team and the public

You will be responsible for overseeing the drainage crew and ensuring day-to-day task requirements are completed effectively.

What you'll bring to the table

Our ideal Foreperson should have:

  • A full class 2 licence with WTR endorsements (essential)
  • Previous experience in the civil drainage/construction industry
  • Ability to read and understand plans
  • Great time management skills to ensure goals and deadlines are met
  • A safety-first approach to ensure the safety of yourself, your team and the public
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with proven ability to lead a team
