Gold Fields' mining assets in the Australia region (GFA) include a 100% interest in the St Ives, Agnew and Granny Smith mines and a 50:50 interest in the Gruyere JV project with Gold Road Resources.
Role Details:
Reporting to SAP Business Application Superintendent, you will be responsible for providing SAP HCM technical support and expertise to the SAP HCM user group across Gold Fields Australia operations to optimise the usage of the business applications.

This role is offered on a 5 days on 2 days off roster (Monday – Friday) at our Perth corporate office on a permanent full time basis.

About the role:
- Provide technical support of HCM business applications, including:
- SAP Human Resources: PA, OM, PY
- Gold Fields Reporting Platforms:
- Query Manager – SuccessFactors Connector, Variance Monitor, HR PY Reports
- Spinifex – HR PY Reports
- Qlikview – SAP HR Connector
- SAP SuccessFactors liaison with external technical provider for all modules implemented, including but not limited to Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Learning, Reward and Recognition
- Monitor, assess and action SAP HR – PA, OM and PY support calls and where appropriate log with support provider(s);
- SAP HR Configuration: including, but limited to Rosters, Leave Types, Wage Types, etc.
- SAP HCM systems integration support (SuccessFactors Replication): troubleshoot, resolve where possible or escalate as required to HR or external consultants;
- Liaise and assist the HR department in resolving the SAP SuccessFactors system technical issues, logging the ticket with support provider(s) where applicable, monitoring and ensuring the issues are resolved in a timely manner;
- Ensure appropriate audit evidence is gathered as required by internal business processes.
- Collaborate to drive continuous improvements in the technical side of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage scope and cost effectiveness of all approved project work, ensuring that projects are completed and implemented within project management plan timeframes and budget.
- Maintain technical documentation/material for relevant HR systems
About you:
- Qualifications in SAP HR PA, OM, PY certified courses desirable
- Extensive experience in HCM business process and regulations
- Prior SAP technical and support in HCM including SAP Configuration experience
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
