Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly effective Resource Coordinator to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG) group in Brisbane.

Under the leadership of the AUA Regional Director Project Management & Construction, this position is responsible for supporting the AUA Regional Project Management & Construction team and operations.

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Support the AUA Regional Director Project Management & Construction and the broader PM&C team
  • Coordinate regular review and update of the PM&C resource plan
  • Coordinate the recruitment function for PM&C, including engagement with Project leadership to review resource requirements and engagement of Talent Acquisition team to prepare personnel requisitions, vet candidates, coordinate interviews and onboard personnel
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with planning and booking of travel
  • Administer PM&C Sharepoint and knowledge management sites
  • Coordinating team functions and events

You will bring to this role:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Previous experience as an project coordinator
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to adapt to changes, multi-task, organize, and prioritize
  • Must be able to solve problems and negotiate difficult situations
