We have a great opportunity for a driven and proactive individual to join our Managed Funds Administration Team as a Transition Manager! This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing unit registry client change and internal initiative projects, delivering these requirements with passion and in a high quality, timely and accurate manner. You will oversee projects to ensure the desired results are achieved and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

  • Setting the standards and methodology to be used in a project

  • Taking responsibility of projects through their entire lifecycle

  • Communicating with stakeholders to clarify the desired outcome of a project

  • Administering the allocation of jobs and budgets on a project

  • Managing project personnel to achieve project objectives

  • Regularly reviewing and analysing the project scope and submitting progress reports to stakeholders and senior managers

  • Identifying project risks

  • Negotiating with suppliers and sub-contractors


What you will bring:

  • A Business or Commerce degree, or Financial Services Industry experience (preferably within the Unit Registry, Custodial Services, Superannuation or Investment Operations space)

  • Polished and proven interpersonal and client-engagement skills

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities/deadlines
