We are wanting a Sales Support Specialist to join our Sensormatics team!

Responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and customer during the sales process while updating/training the Sales Team on current Sales Support Tools & processes.

In addition, the following responsibilities are associated with this role;

  • Update and monitor performance indicators for sales members, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.

  • Takes sales information and input it into an easily readable format.

  • Providing various Weekly/Monthly Sales data reports for Sales Team Meetings.

  • Ensure Sales Team up to date with GSS activities and utilising the Sales Support tools and resources available to increase sales growth and sales opportunities.

  • Provide Pipeline compliance and accuracy.

  • Run reports and compile Scorecard reporting.

Who we are looking for:

  • Understanding of Sales Principles and Customer Service practices.

  • Developed Interpersonal skills to effectively work, communicate and interact professionally with internal customers (sales, admin, mgmt.) and external customers & suppliers as required.

  • High Level of Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft suite.

  • The ability to prioritize, multitask, quickly switch your focus and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work autonomously quickly and efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with demonstrated judgment skills

  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Established communication and technical report writing skills.
