The role:

We have a rare opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our CBD Office Leasing team focusing on providing expert advice on commercial office space to our clients.

As a Leasing Executive, your role will be to proactively identify opportunities and secure leasing deals, deliver expertise to clients, and promote the Knight Frank business within the market. Supported by your manager and the team, you will also:

  • Carry out systematic canvassing for new business and clients
  • Review and assess assets and provide recommendations
  • Negotiate and transact the leasing of properties
  • Coordinate elements of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct sound due diligence
  • Provide regular activity reports
  • Foster strategic alliances, business partnerships and relationships to encourage cross-selling amongst departments of Knight Frank
  • Develop strategies to increase the department's market share and improve profitability

Who are we looking for?

Experience in a sales environment of any type, or leasing, with a proven track record of successful negotiations is important. The successful candidate will also have:

  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential) or Real Estate License
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively to achieve your targets
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
  • Ability to work in a team with a collaborative approach
  • Knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market, ideal
