The role:

Our Asset Management Services Team is regarded as a leader in the provision of property management services to some of Australia’s most respected institutional and corporate clients.

To support your key clients, your success will hinge on your ability to provide superior client service, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and achieve set objectives. A successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the capacity to provide strong leadership.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide professional property management services to a portfolio of clients
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants, operational staff and clients
  • Provide leadership to a team of property managers and other junior staff members
  • Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to clients
  • Preparation of reports including financial, arrears, maintenance summaries, tenant issues/meetings, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Who we are looking for?
  • Have relevant experience in a similar commercial & retail property management role (essential)
  • Relevant degree preferable, i.e. Bachelor of Business (Property)
  • Hold a valid and current Agents Representative license/Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Possess competent skills in utilising the MS Office Suite
  • Hold strong analytical skills in conjunction with high attention to detail
  • Possess strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Be a confident communicator with a demonstrated ability to engage within a team
  • Look for opportunities to contribute, innovate and add value
  • Demonstrate initiative and a proven ability to work autonomously
  • Be able to coordinate business submissions and reports
