Are you an IT genius?

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist to join our IT Support Team, reporting directly to our Infrastructure & Operations Support Lead. This role is Permanent Full Time and will be based between our Sydney York Street office and our Toohey’s Brewery in Lidcombe.

At Lion, our core purpose is to ‘enrich our world every day by championing sociability and helping people to live well’. To achieve this, our culture is one based on achievement, growth and sociability.

As a IT Support Specialist, you will partner with both internal and external stakeholders through proactive service delivery and the support of strategic and regional initiatives. We are looking for an IT enthusiast with a can-do attitude who will build strong trusting relationships with IT's key business partners. You will seek to first understand their needs and then work collaboratively on implementing mutually beneficial change.

You won’t just accept the status quo! You will be continually asking how we can simplify, automate or eliminate systems and processes, to allow IT to add more value and ultimately support Lion team members and our various collaboration spaces.

In addition to your relevant technical experience and industry qualifications, you will be a technologist who is excited by the value that technology can bring to Lion and will showcase this to our employees via collaboration, training and delivering insightful programs. As a member of the IT Support team, you will also participate in a 24/7 on-call support roster, which you will be additionally compensated for. Access to your own vehicle and a full driver's licence will be highly beneficial for this role.

In return, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to play with future tech
  • Get involved in upcoming IT projects
  • Have access to our Lion benefits including a monthly product allowance
  • Receive ongoing training and development
  • Be a part of a people focused organisation and with exciting products and brands
