The role

You will provide project and portfolio management services to the Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering Domain as part of the PMO team.

Your opportunity

The Viability function provides commercial analysis and insight across the Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering (ECOM) domain to ensure Product Owners and Senior Leaders are better equipped to make more informed decisions and prioritise investment.

  • The Viability Consultant will own and lead the quantification of customer, operational and commercial outcomes from opportunities / features identified and its subsequent measurement and tracking
  • Ensure ECOM initiatives have a clear benefits profile which is agreed by key stakeholders
  • Build business cases to support ECOM initiatives
  • Ensure that prioritisation of the ECOM backlog has a strong economic return lens to match the customer and do-ability lenses
  • Support the ECOM in developing base-line assumptions and working towards strategic objectives

The role and Day to day will include

  • Perform robust financial modelling of customer, operational and commercial outcomes
  • Perform strategic analysis to identify high opportunity areas across the end-to-end value chain
  • Synthesising findings and developing compelling, structured business cases and presentations that clearly articulate opportunities and recommendations

What you will bring

  • Proven experience within Strategy, Finance or other functions that are heavily reliant on the use of quantitative data and problem solving
  • Consulting or advisory experience a plus
