The role:

This is more than just a contact centre role. Our Service Advisors answer inbound calls from people who are interested in discussing their NAB Home Loan product and providing tailored solutions to them. Once you have mastered this role, there are many further career opportunities available within the lending division. We are open Monday - Friday (7am-9pm) and Weekends (9am-6pm) and your shifts will rotate across these hours.

The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training located at 395 Bourke Street.

The role and Day to day will include :

  • Have thorough conversations with new or current NAB customers who call to enquire about NAB Home lending products, ultimately understanding their needs and tailoring the best solution.
  • Provide education and support to customers using NABs digital channels
  • Provide excellent customer service by genuinely connecting with your customer through your unique personality and passion to help
  • Servicing a range of requests for our Home Lending products with strong attention to detail


What you will bring

  • Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their goals
  • Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
  • Motivated to work in a target driven team environment
  • Basic knowledge of home lending
  • Previous contact centre & customer service experience will be highly regarded
