The role

At NAB, we are simplifying the way we work by matching ‘demand’ from Domains defining what we will deliver, with ‘supply’ of specialised skills from Chapter Areas who are the masters in how to deliver, to form self-organising, accountable cross functional squads. We call this the Domain model.

The purpose of this role is to partner with key representatives from Domains and Chapter Areas and lead their transition plans and ensure they achieve defined objectives and be successfully launched in the Domain Model.

Your opportunity

  • Domain transition & embedding – Create, track, execute and maintain transition plans and business change plans in conjunction with stakeholder engagement strategies, management of risks and issues, communication development
  • Experiences – help to design and implement change accelerator experiences to accelerate the above outcomes
  • Capability & guilds – contribute to the design and implementation of capability uplift and development of key agile roles across NAB
  • Process & methodologies – actively contribute to the ongoing and expansion of Domains model, tools and relevant processes.

What you will bring

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience working on large and complex organisational transformation programs, i.e., leading and delivering operating model change and transformational change to ensure understanding of how to execute
  • Experience in organisational behaviour, change, learning and development or similar
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and large teams to ensure they achieve intended outcomes.
  • A strong reputation for uplifting agile capability and new ways of working in a practical and pragmatic way as well as driving and influencing the progression of agile at all levels.
