About the role

In this role you will provide business support for various payment streams and systems including but not limited to:

  • Perform systems monitoring and undertake completion of systems checklists and run sheets
  • Assist the business where required with incident management support
  • Draft and submit process difficulties notices to industry bodies on behalf of PES
  • Complete system user provisioning, approvals, password resets
  • Assist the business with impact assessments and business verification testing
  • Investigate and respond to queries / requests from internal businesses where required
  • Action system updates and changes such as reference data, tables, compliance changes
  • Perform process reviews for NABit instructions and team’s work instructions.
  • Support the team as required with other activities within team’s service proposition
  • Aid with the identification of improvement and efficiency opportunities

What you will bring:

  • Experience or knowledge of payment systems and incidents and systems monitoring processes
  • Previous experience in a technology or technology support role highly desirable
  • Capable investigator and problem solver with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders
  • Banking experience and an understanding of payments industry regulatory / compliance obligations
  • Experience /exposure to automation projects activities or robotics is highly desirable
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload to meet service levels
