Consultant, Enterprise WFM

The role:

As a Senior Analyst, Model Builder you will be part of a team to build and enhance workforce models across the Enterprise in order to provide accurate, timely and best practice workforce management insights and capacity planning.

The role and Day to day will include :

  • Designing, implementing and managing workforce models
  • Advanced data analysis and modelling, converting analysis into insights and recommendations
  • Develop appropriate materials to communicate and present opportunities for relevant stakeholders
  • Identifying and actively pursuing opportunities to improve capacity planning solutions across the Enterprise
  • Creating requirements, solution design, delivery and functional documentations
  • Conducting discovery sessions, sprint planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management and delivery of outputs within timeframes

About you:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Workforce Management processes across Capacity Planning environments
  • Strong knowledge of workforce management operations
  • Experience with Excel
  • Development of workforce models in Anaplan or similar workforce tools would be an advantage
  • Planning or operational exposure to Aspect WFM, Workware AOM
  • You will have fantastic Stakeholder management skills and an ability to build strong relationships
  • Growth mindset and ability to analyse documentation, draw conclusions and resolve complex issues
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills, and an ability to communicate analytical results to non-technical audiences
  • Strong ability to diagnose process gaps and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Practical approach to identifying and escalating and solving issues
  • Experience in scoping requirements and designing solutions
  • Anaplan certification or similar modelling software preferred (e.g. IBM’s TM1)
