About the role

As the Senior Project Analyst, you will support the Customer Identity Remediation team in delivering against key business objectives and ensuring strong business performance and quality outcomes for CIR.

Reporting to the Manager Business Performance, develop and embed appropriate management reporting to ensure business outcomes are transparent for leaders to enable appropriate decision making.

In addition, your accountabilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop, manage and mature business performance practices within CIR to improve business operations, in particular financial and workforce management processes
  • Assess CIR business performance on a regular basis and share key insights with the CIR LT and key stakeholders
  • Define and embed CIR business performance frameworks, processes and support tools; and
  • Manage third party contracts across CIR, Finance, Procurement and Suppliers
  • Build strong relationships with CIR LT/Leaders, business partners and support teams to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes for CIR.

We are looking for a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering and supporting a continuous improvement culture across the team.

You will also bring the following skill set and experience:

  • 5+ years in successfully delivering business performance frameworks and processes
  • Proven experience engaging with stakeholders across multiple divisions to achieve business outcomes
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven business acumen relating to financial management, workforce management and business operations
  • Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Office and/or reporting tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI)
  • Operational excellence principles and frameworks
  • Financial Crime experience preferred but not essential
