A bit about your role
nbn is mid-way through a transformational multi-year journey to transition from an organisation focused primarily on scale and network build to a commercial entity in the future digital landscape, where customer experience and commercial success are a priority in alignment with nbn’s purpose. The People Strategy and Effectiveness team must continue to be highly connected and aligned with the strategic agenda and objectives of the business, partnering closely with the business to ensure nbn has the operating model, talent, capability, and people experiences to meet and anticipate future business (and industry) needs.
Reporting to the General Manager Careers, Leadership & Learning and working closely with the Executive Manager People Experience & Culture, the People Experience Senior Manager will bring leading practice and strategic insight to design and drive execution of an integrated approach to activity aligned to nbn’s People Strategy, in response to strategic (enterprise level) transformation needs.
This role will work across People & Culture (P&C) and the Employee Experience Program team to create and develop new and/or refreshed people experiences, working with the relevant stakeholders including the P&C tech team, agility, data and inclusion team to design and deliver.
Critical experiences could include onboarding, performance, transition to leadership and mentoring. Additionally, to leverage people insights from across People & Culture (including Great Place to Work Survey) and additional data / research undertaken by the teams, this role will understand engagement and experience drivers for workforce segments to design an integrated approach to nbn’s People Experience, Culture and Engagement.
Through the utilisation of data, insights and stakeholder relationships, this role will act as a trusted advisor to the People Strategy & Effectiveness team and broader People & Culture team to drive an exceptional experience for our employees.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have strong experience designing and delivering employee and/ or customer experience strategies, campaigns and initiatives that support business strategy through agile, HCD and waterfall approaches.
You will be able to demonstrate strong experience working with data and insights to design experiences, improve and/or evolve value proposition, experience, and culture.
Critical for this role is the strong ability to successfully partner with leaders and colleagues to drive the co-design and a collaborative culture across employees. You will be able to demonstrate strong consulting and influencing skills and a track record of successful program management and governance.
