The Program Delivery Specialist is responsible for governing the build program with our industry partners in line with the relevant contract for market and projected works, including New Developments, Business Segment, Commercial Works, Held Orders, Augmentation & Serviceability.

A bit about your role

The Program Delivery Specialist is responsible for managing a performance-based plan to ensure the Delivery Partner has the end-to-end capability to deliver Programs of Work according to plan and build strong relationships with Delivery Partners and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery occurs.

This role drives safe and efficient achievement of specific initiative related activities to ensure delivery of a high-quality serviceable network within the agreed timeframes & budgets and ensures that overall initiative costs or business cases are managed within agreed budgets and funding envelopes.

The Program Delivery Specialist will act as a point of escalation where needed. Provide coaching & mentoring as may be necessary to ensure the quality and timely deployment of a serviceable network and ensure risk management is visible and dynamic across the relationship/program so that risks are analysed, assigned, monitored and controlled in a timely manner.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role you should have the relevant telecommunications experience in preferably network technology experience with the telecoms industry.

Broad understanding and experience in Project Management methodologies and concepts across all phases of a project lifecycle.

You have strong commercial and contracts acumen and technically have the experience in fixed network premise connection rollout experience (PTSN, DSL, HFC, Fibre)
