A bit about your role
The Business Implementation Lead will see you work with multiple business units across nbn (Operations, Procurement, Finance, SEO), and is accountable for developing, coordinating, and embedding change that strives to deliver improvements aligned to the capability pillar. The role will see you building strong relationships with key leaders, and direct engagement with both internal and external stakeholders to enable a combined approach to the implementation of change and drive for improvement.
Core responsibilities of the role is to ensure the enablement management plan supports the overall delivery of the planned initiatives within required timeframe, budget and the management of risk and escalation of issues efficiently. A component of the role will see you build and deliver the framework for enabling the change across the business both within nbn and external parties, requiring you to leverage existing enablement functions across the company to achieve success.
Lastly, you will provide communication development support to each of the workstreams and projects, with the intention of underpinning the master change plan to ensure a smooth implementation.
A bit about you
The right candidate will have extensive experience with E2E management of large business improvement, operational transformation programs or projects. Demonstrated in your experience will be the ability to work with and manage EGMs (Executive General Managers), General Managers, internal and external stakeholders whilst building strong relationships with these stakeholders, proving flexibility and the ability to cooperate with others to achieve business outcomes.
Ideally you will enjoy resolving complex problems through your ability to conceptually and analytically describe and view from all impacted stakeholder’s perspective, nbn staff, external Suppliers and Contractors. Proven skills in defining, prioritising, and organising competing tasks to meet deadlines, and working independently with a strong orientation towards delivery and outcomes will be the desired ways of working.
The Business Implementation Lead will be flexible, with an ability to cooperate with others to achieve business outcomes. This is the type of role that you will enjoy a creative approach to solutions, demonstrate inter-personal, influencing and communications skills, and anticipate and handle critical situations.
