A bit about your role

The role of National Enablement Lead will report into the National Capability Manager. The position is wholly responsible for ensuring that nbn’s internal and external Field Workforces, and the teams that support them, clearly understand nbn’s expectations of them at any given point, and are willing and able to adopt change at a swiftly and efficiently.

The National Enablement Lead will interface and work closely with key stakeholders within the WOC, the Partners/Suppliers and the Business Units across both Field Services and the broader nbn business to ensure all new processes and ways of working are successfully embedded.

The goal of the National Enablement Lead is to be accountable for end to end onboarding and change enablement activity as it relates to nbn’s Field Workforce and Workforce Operations Centre (WOC), and will develop, maintain and deliver to a robust Onboarding and Change Management Framework and Communications Framework, enabling teams to successfully respond to the changes and introduction of new technology, tools and processes.

A bit about you

The successful candidate is expected to bring superior communication skills, and will be naturally curious and wants to understand how and why. Ideally the right candidate will have proven experience driving continuous improvement across a performance, capability, technical standards, quality or similar programs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring your skills in collaboration, building partnerships and working collaboratively across teams to meet shared objectives. Optimizing work processes understanding the most effective and efficient processes to get things done & a understanding of the customer value-chain - prioritising the activities that deliver value to the customer

Lastly, the National Enablement lead will drive engagement, leading self and others through significant change, developing a climate where people are motivated and empowered to act.
