A bit about your role

Network & Service Management Evolution (NSME) is a suite of programs scoped with transforming our network and service assurance processes across our Network and Operational functions. NSME scope also includes the migration of the core service management platform to a new platform.

The General Manager Network & Service Management Evolution will need to work autonomously, use independent judgment to make decisions and be accountable for the formation of a detailed plan that will deliver a transformed Assurance journey on time and to budget. This includes being accountable for a viable and agreed strategy for transitioning the new capabilities into multiple operational environments across nbn and defining business benefits and KPIs for tracking progress towards their realisation.

A bit about you

As the General Manager, Network and Service Management Evolution, you will have excellent people leadership skills as you will be leading both direct and virtual teams from the overall NSME structure ensuring a high level of collaboration and motivation to deliver a great outcome. You will be leading business change transition and working with relevant EGM & GM stakeholders across nbn to prepare and implement required business change to enable a successful change transition.

Stakeholder and change management skills are a top priority and you will have the ability of budget and time management when delivering programs in order be within agreed financial scopes and meet the deadlines before the baseline date. This leads into having program establishment and program dependency and risk management capabilities. This will ensure you have the ability to map and manage dependencies and risks when completing these projects.

Past experience in leading similar large scale transformation programs within the telecommunications industry is vital.
