The Opportunity:

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a customer focused administration team committed to the provision of a best practice service. The Senior Lead will mentor, coach and lead a team to deliver service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by processing administration work across a range of functions within designated time standards and high-quality output. The incumbent will work closely with their team to provide direction, instruction, and guidance for the purposes of achieving best practice and superior service to our clients and advisers.

You will:

  • Be responsible for clarifying detail of tasks, checking outputs for accuracy and completeness, following established procedures.
  • Develop customer relations by understanding and responding to customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate your team in problem solving, decision making and planning and to delegate decision making.
  • Inspire and guide individuals towards goal achievement; modifying behaviour to accommodate tasks, situations, and individuals.
  • Generate creative solutions to problems.
  • Provide suggestions on continuous improvement strategies and procedures for individual, team and business performance while actively supporting change.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Netwealth’s products and services.

You have:

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with clients.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand the client, anticipating and providing solutions to client needs, giving high priority to client satisfaction.
  • The ability to build a team and develop team performance.
  • The ability to collaborate with other teams and work as part of a larger team.
  • Experience in guiding teams towards meeting objectives and modifying behaviour according to tasks.
  • Sound problem solving and analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail when inputting or quality control checking data.
  • Experience within the finance industry (desirable)
