The opportunity:

The primary purpose of the Process and Analysis Officer is to utilise their technical, product and legislative expertise in support of the delivery of automation and or enhancement solutions to Service, Administration & Support. The incumbent will have the ability and skill to develop and foster close working relationships with team members, be the subject matter expert of processes and procedures and be proactive with improving efficiencies and effectiveness in our quest for superior customer service.

You will:

  • Stay abreast of any product, process, regulatory or legislative changes.
  • Participate in multiple simultaneous projects with overlapping priorities.
  • Assume responsibilities and assisting with complex enquiries as escalated by Service, Administration & Support teams.
  • Tailor coaching/training and solutions to a diverse workforce or teams based on delivery of enhancements.
  • Ensure that own output is high quality irrespective of conflicting priorities and deadlines.
  • Ensure Business Improvements – efficiencies and effectiveness across processes.

You have:

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial services industry regulation (i.e. SIS Act, Corps Act).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal, including telephone manner).
  • Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets.
  • Subject matter expertise on Netwealth’s products and services. Can share information and assist to develop knowledge base across teams.
  • The ability to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the delivery of prescribed solutions.
  • The ability to perform post implementation Verification Testing (PVT) to ensure solutions or restorations were deployed appropriately into production.
