About the role

  • Receive and process warehouse material orders in a timely and accurate manner and process within SAP (package, label, store) accurately. Complete invoice processing for services as requested by customers, and work with Accounts Payable to determine solution/reason for variance.
  • Efficiently prepare, verify and complete orders for delivery or pickup (pick, pack, label, prepare shipment documentation, load vehicles and supervise freight providers when onsite). Work with Systems and Support team where variances or inventory quality issues arise.
  • Work with the Systems and Support team to undertake inventory control activities including cycle counting, inventory interrogation, and reconciliation. Perform effective and accurate data processing, collation, reconciliation, record keeping and reporting activities.
  • Ensure Warehouse is clean and organised daily, ensuring a safe, efficient, working environment.
  • Work with Team Leader to organise and improve storage systems used, to increase warehouse capacity, safety and efficiency.
  • Perform maintenance activities of inventory including inspecting stock for defects and damage, and working with Field Delivery to ensure maintenance activities are completed annually as per inspection schedules.
  • Perform daily pre-starts, operate and maintain mechanical handling equipment, gantry crane and hand tools. Supervise contractors undertaking material movements via mobile cranes or maintenance of MHE and other equipment.
  • Continually seek and identify opportunities for the ongoing improvement and refinement of systems and process to deliver warehouse services efficiently.

The purpose of the Warehouse Team Member is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of inbound deliveries, picking and preparing outbound orders for shipment, as well as managing the data entry necessary to complete each inbound/outbound delivery
