The Culture Marketing Manager will oversee the ideation, development & execution of a national program of Red Bull events, within the music and dance playgrounds. The Culture Marketing Manager will cultivate and maintain networks to ensure that the Culture Marketing program, and the campaigns surrounding them, are clearly innovative, give wings to local talent, and deliver memorable events of an excellent standard and quality to Australian consumers.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • EVENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    You will deliver Red Bull's national culture marketing event program and lead project teams to success, ensuring our events are appealing to young consumers through executional excellence and innovative ideas. You will ensure budgets and KPI deliverables are met, whilst maintaining strong commercial relationships and partnerships.

  • STRATEGIC THINKING & CREATIVITY

    You will continue to the development of our annual business plan through the development of new event formats and culture properties that translate the international strategy to be relevant in Australia.

  • BUSINESS OPERATIONS & MANAGEMENT

    Leading events will also result in you providing detailed post event/campaign reporting for stakeholders, maintaining efficient and reliable event tools, and support in the answering of event-related consumer requests. Management responsibilities will involve you developing strong networks of external partners and supplers, music and dance opinion leaders, and talent management.


EXPERIENCE:

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Previous event management experience
  • ideally within music
  • dance or festival landscape
  • In depth knowledge of Australian cultural landscape and understanding of local youth trends
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining commercial partnerships
  • An agile team player who knows how to get things done and motivate those around them
  • A Creative and innovative mindset
  • University degree in marketing, events, or similar
