As A National Account Manager - eCommerce you will play a pivotal role in the growth of the channel assisting in the development and execution of Red Bull Australia’s national eCommerce strategy. With a particular focus on establishing new business partnerships through B2B and 3rd party delivery services, as well as assisting in managing Key Accounts to deliver sales, volume, and perfect online store targets.

  • ACCELERATE ONLINE SALES GROWTH

    You will establish key partnerships with rapid delivery services and build the B2B offering through key Distributor partners. Identify opportunities to partner, activate, share expertise, and drive mutual growth. Execute short- and long-term business strategies to drive 360 Omni Channel growth. You will have A test and learn approach, with the ability to utilize data to make decisions and pivot effectively.

  • EXECUTION OF STRATEGIC PROGRAMS

    You will work cross-functionally to improve and implement Red Bull’s online merchandising standards. Increase Red Bull Online market share through the delivery of a strong joint business plan and increased Sales while negotiating trade plans to display Omni Channel mindset through key activations.

  • ACCOUNT PLAN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION

    You will deliver the monthly business plan financial sales volume in serving units across all key accounts. Develop and implement Key Promotional Programs with new business accounts. You will Discuss and negotiate Onsite display through key activation moments. Communicate account promotional priorities to the wider business in a timely and effective manner. You will provide recommendations to maximize sales effectiveness and ROI from customer activities while delivering profitable growth via effective and optimal use of available investments. Keep within approved Trade Investment budgets for permanent discounts, temporary price reduction, and joint advertising targets.

  • S&OP

    You understand and adhere to the company S&OP process and metrics, with mandatory participation and engagement in all meetings. You will Provide timely and accurate promotional forecasts, both with the customer and internally with the demand planning process. Also, liaise with finance in providing timely and accurate permanent discounts, temporary price reduction, and joint advertising accruals. You will be responsible for processing claims in the agreed timelines and all financial impacts about responsible accounts while managing the monthly trade spend reconciliation process.

  • CROSS FUNCTIONAL ENGAGEMENT

    You will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, NAM’s, and Category Development team to execute the eCommerce strategy through key customer moments. Also, assist the finance team monthly on accruals and reconciliation of actual to forecast spend.

  • ACTIVATION OF THE ‘WORLD OF RED BULL’ IN SELECTED KEY ACCOUNT

    You will engage customer partners by bringing them into the ‘World of Red Bull. Activate online displays, and improve visibility through responsible accounts for major Red Bull events. You will also work with the brand team to develop key occasions across customer portfolios.


EXPERIENCE:

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years of account management.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • with experiences in seeking ‘win-win' situations.
  • eCommerce experience preferred but not essential.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to developing things from scratch and a passion to drive new initiatives.
  • Track record of developing and converting long term new business opportunities.
  • 0-10
