The Organisational Development (OD) Partner, will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of contemporary organisational development interventions and initiatives for RDA. You will deliver a portfolio of organisational development programs across the entire talent management cycle and will contribute significantly to the culture, capability and learning strategy.

Your proven ability to engage positively with the business leaders, as well as your ability to develop and sustain strong relationships will drive your success. Whilst you're strong written & verbal communication will build credibility and influence your stakeholder groups.

As the Organisational Development Partner, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

  • Work collaboratively with the stakeholders to implement appropriate Organisational Development Projects to embed a "One Rheinmetall" approach and build our capability for the future;
  • In partnership with the Organisational Development Manager design and develop leadership, learning and development programs;
  • Facilitate face to face and online learning sessions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Motivate, coach and support all employees and external stakeholders to embed organisational development interventions and improve performance;
  • Identify, engage and coordinate partners and HR functions for OD projects;
  • Coordinate the roll-out of leadership development programs across Rheinmetall;
  • Provides coaching and OD support to HR Business Partners through interventions and OD projects;
  • Managing continuing professional development;
  • Discharge safety accountabilities which include taking appropriate steps to eliminate health and safety risks and to minimise psychological injury in the workplace; educating and raising the awareness of managers of their role in minimising the risk of injury or illness in the workplace; supporting and promoting the utilisation of the Employee Assistance Program; and
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities that may be required as determined with your manager from time to time.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, behavioural sciences, or a related discipline;
  • Demonstrate experience coordinating and delivering strategic human resources/organisational development projects; (this may include experience within leadership/learning & development, program management or talent & succession management); and
  • Advanced MS Office Skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Desirable:

  • Strategic process improvement skills including experience managing change; and
  • Member of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
