We’re looking for a Regional Account Executive to take Fiix and Rockwell Automations explosive revenue growth to a whole new level. As a software sales specialist, your number one focus will be to drive revenue through selling our Fiix and Rockwell cutting-edge cloud solutions to future customers. Reporting into the Director of APAC Sales, you will be instrumental in defining, testing, and growing a sales engine that quickly and easily scales with our breakneck growth.
We are open to applicants within the following regions: Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam
What you will do:
Driving a full sales cycle within target APAC markets– Achieving or overachieving on your sales targets.
Building relationships to maximize successful outcomes.
Presenting a company and a product to anyone in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or face-to-face.
Develop a sales strategy and plan to bring sales to a close while balancing the needs of customers.
Understand and identify needs, and the nature and complexities of a customer's business or department.
Managing sales process; developing strategic account plans, solutions and presentations that leverage opportunities prior to, during and after the sale.
Work closely with the business development team to qualify opportunities quickly through the funnel
Manage, prioritize and closing a high volume of constantly shifting deals in your pipeline
Produce recommendations based on customer pain points - educating customers on industry trends and best practices while taking into consideration the financial and strategic realities of the customer.
Track and maintain project milestones and timelines while managing customer expectations.
Keeping on top of cutting edge trends and tools shaping the industry.
Working with marketing and product teams to find efficient paths to successful and profitable customers.
Prospecting through high volume outreach programs to find the next Fiix and Rockwell customers.
What We are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience managing and closing complex B2B sales cycles preferably in a SaaS software or technology environment.
You have a deep understanding of how to quickly develop relationships with potential customers.
You're a storyteller, who's comfortable presenting a company and a product to anyone, in any setting whether that is over the phone through an online demo or face-to-face.
Presenting the value of a solution to meet individual customer needs is what you do best.
Extensive experience with managing fast sales cycles is a must.
Effectively using the sales CRM tool (Salesforce and Dynamics) to manage pipeline
Your customer facing skills (written, verbal, and presentation) are impeccable.
You're organized and analytical and have the ability to identify and eliminate sales obstacles creatively and quickly.
Adaptable and flexible towards the likelihood of changes and unforeseen circumstances.
If ARR, ACV, LTV, and Churn are not foreign concepts, you're already a step ahead of the rest.
