About you
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a strong academic background, ideally with tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. Your experience in employee relations will be key, as you'll be navigating complex workplace matters with confidence and care. A solid grasp of employment legislation and conflict resolution strategies is essential, allowing you to guide others through challenging situations with clarity and fairness.
Your communication and negotiation skills will set you apart—whether you're advising leaders, working with unions, or representing the company in formal settings, you'll be able to build trust and influence outcomes.
