The Opportunity

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Remuneration and Benefits is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the remuneration framework and benefits programs for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • The ongoing development and implementation of a comprehensive Remuneration and Benefits strategy;
  • Manage the Total Reward framework including the annual fixed remuneration review program as well as maintaining the internal job grading system based on Mercer CED Job Evaluation methodology;
  • Oversee all non-monetary benefits offered to team members;
  • Utilise your Success Factors knowledge to drive continuous improvement across a number of HRIS initiatives;
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team to deliver an efficient and professional experience for internal and external customers;
  • Manage all incentive programs; and
  • Deliver report generation, data review and analysis of remuneration related information from Success Factors to provide key insights.

We are looking for:

  • A tertiary qualification in human resources, commerce, or related discipline
  • Significant previous experience managing the design and administration of remuneration and benefits programs;
  • A strong technical knowledge of remuneration philosophy and processes;
  • Remuneration experience in an ASX listed environment with knowledge of ASX, Corporations Act and other regulatory requirements in respect of remuneration;
  • Experience with Success Factors (Employee Central, Compensation Modules, etc.) as well as experience in Job Grading, preferably Mercer.
