Great opportunity to join the Sigma safety team with this part time Return to Work Coordinator role.

The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Head of Safety, this role will see you providing specialist advice, promotion and support regarding workers’ compensation, injury management and early intervention across the Sigma business.
Please note, this role can be based out of Clayton VIC or Kemps Creek NSW.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Process and manage the Company’s workers’ compensation claims, including the arrangement of medical, workplace and vocational assessments, weekly benefits, medical payments, circumstance reports, surveillance and participation in conciliation and claims reviews
- Consult with and instruct medical, legal, insurance and rehabilitation providers
- Provide early intervention support as soon as injury or illness is reported
- Facilitate and monitor return to work plans
- Analyse performance and claims to target controls and provide feedback on strategies and outcomes
We are looking for:
- Detailed understanding of all State and Territory Workers’ Compensation legislative requirements
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
- Highly developed written and verbal communication
- Investigation and report writing skills
- Training content development and delivery skills
