Our career options are as diverse as our people, we all have an important role to play. As Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll provide operational support to ensure a great candidate experience from application through to commencing in their role.
As a key member of our broader Talent team, you’ll manage our volume recruitment and requests for temporary employees, along with being an awesome team player, supporting our Recruitment Coaches in the full end to end recruitment function, from writing and posting adverts, setting up interviews, assessments and pre-employment checks to stepping into interviews.
This is a permanent part time role and 20 hours per week. We’re really flexible about how this role works and would be keen to understand and work within your flexibility needs.
Who are you?
You have a passion for working with people and with your well-developed communication skills, you’ll bring a customer service mindset to everything you do. You’ll ideally have experience supporting a recruitment function, thrive in a fast paced, engaged team environment and be a whizz at learning new systems. We’d love you to question existing practices and follow through on continuous improvement initiatives, whilst demonstrating impeccable attention to detail.

- Competitive salary range of $86,428 - $92,847 + super (pro-rata)
