About the role

Reporting into the Head of Performance, Reward & People Operations, the successful candidate will deliver cyclical activities and targeted initiatives to maintain the attraction and retention of talent and create great experiences for Sportsbet team members. You will design and deliver compelling communication collateral to support the Sportsbet Total Reward offering and partner with the business (HRBPs and ELT members) to deliver bespoke remuneration solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Job evaluations for newly created/ evolving roles using 1:1 position mapping methodology (Aon benchmark data)
  • Pay positioning advice/reviews (i.e. Promotions, Secondments, Critical Roles)
  • End-to-end activation of annual rem review and performance cycle
  • Management of employee benefits portfolio
  • Compliance with working rights (visa process) and partnering with our global mobility team regarding relocations

About You

We’re looking for someone who works hard and has fun along the way. On top of this, some who has:

  • Experience in end to end management of performance and rem review cycle
  • Exposure to Fixed Reward, STI, LTI and related reward strategies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of remuneration & benefits best practice.
  • Ability to contribute to Employer Value Proposition strategies with the desire to influence and educate senior stakeholders
  • Strong consulting, negotiation and presentation skills.
