About The Role

Reporting into the Head of AML, this role will see you managing and executing new projects in relation to AML / CTF processes and activities from ideation through to delivery. This newly created role will lead, develop and manage change management activities across the team as new processes, technology, initiatives, and products are rolled out.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Analysing and solving business/customer problems in relation to AML/CTF
  • Driving AML/CTF projects across the business
  • Design and maintain/update the AML Operations training program, and ownership of the Customer Integrity internal knowledgebase.
  • Leader of initiatives and process improvements to benefit AML/CTF Ops
  • Leader of centralised oversight of process changes/procedures
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes to create efficiency gains, mitigate risk, improve operational performance through automation, process redesign and transformation in AML Ops
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of frameworks executed by the AML Ops function.
