About the Role
As a Sports Trader Operator – Soccer, you’ll be at the heart of our Soccer portfolio, managing live trading events across major leagues such as the World Cup, Major League Soccer, Australian A-League, and Brazilian Serie A. Using our proprietary trading models, you’ll ensure pricing efficiency, control risk, and drive performance insights to secure long-term success.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate live trading on multiple soccer leagues, applying sharp analytical skills in real-time
- Monitor and manage risk with precision during high-stakes events
- Set and track Global Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with global teams to share expertise and shape the future of our Soccer products
- Take ownership of product development to support continuous growth
Who You Are:
- Open, curious, and eager to dig deep for game-changing insights
- Calm and focused under pressure, thriving in fast-paced environments
- Motivated with a growth mindset, always pushing to learn and improve
- Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude with an understanding of wagering and risk management
- Familiarity with the wagering industry or Sportsbet products is a big plus
- Passion for sports and a knack for problem-solving
