The opportunity:
As a Workplace Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office in Melbourne. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the workplace team, as well as assisting with various office management tasks. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will contribute to fostering a positive work environment for our employees.

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the Melbourne office, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Support the national workplace team with various administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organising and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from employees regarding office facilities and services.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to onboard new employees, including workstation setup and orientation.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
