As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. Based in Eagle Farm, the Demand Support Coordinator is dedicated to the coordination of all support activities for Service Capability Manager and the Program.

Responsibilities

  • Providing demand support in liaising with customers to receive and process orders

  • Processing orders and related quotes utilising our enterprise resource planning system

  • Tracking sales orders to meet customer requirements within set timeframes.

  • Ensuring the timely processing of invoices and analysing data

  • Maintaining accurate data records and monitoring various systems for errors, rectifying when required

  • Maintaining strong external relationships with an emphasis on sustainable performance levels through the provision of superior customer service

  • Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to work together and achieve sustainable outcomes for Thales Australia and our customers.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in a similar role with a focus on various sales/administrative or finance tasks, ideally within a similar supply chain environment

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an ability to problem solve

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills

  • Sound knowledge of business principles and procedures

  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Occasional interstate travel may be required.

  • Must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance
