As part of our Vehicles and Tactical Systems business, our Protected Vehicles team is primarily focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. Based in Eagle Farm, the Demand Support Coordinator is dedicated to the coordination of all support activities for Service Capability Manager and the Program.
Responsibilities
Providing demand support in liaising with customers to receive and process orders
Processing orders and related quotes utilising our enterprise resource planning system
Tracking sales orders to meet customer requirements within set timeframes.
Ensuring the timely processing of invoices and analysing data
Maintaining accurate data records and monitoring various systems for errors, rectifying when required
Maintaining strong external relationships with an emphasis on sustainable performance levels through the provision of superior customer service
Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to work together and achieve sustainable outcomes for Thales Australia and our customers.
Essential Skills
Experience in a similar role with a focus on various sales/administrative or finance tasks, ideally within a similar supply chain environment
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Demonstrated customer service skills coupled with an ability to problem solve
Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
Sound knowledge of business principles and procedures
Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Requirements
Occasional interstate travel may be required.
Must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible for a Defence Security Clearance
