As a Painter at The Star Gold Coast, you will have the very important role of ensuring our property looks world class. Our team of painters work across all areas of the property, keeping all surfaces fresh and sparkling.

Responsibilities include:

  • Painting details, both interior and exterior
  • Touch up and refurnishing of furniture and fixings
  • Maintain proficiency in colour matching, touch up refinishing of furniture and also repair and hanging of wall coverings
  • Carry out routine inspections of assigned areas and report and repair as required
  • Complete all work/repairs in a safe, professional and efficient manner

What are we looking for?

  • Trade qualification with basic computer skills are essential
  • Previous experience in trade and plastering experience
  • Good all-round experience in building repair, paint matching and touch up work
  • Experience in a similar large hotel environment highly regarded
