About the role

Reporting to our Assistant Services Manager, you will supervise the daily operations of the Car Park area and operations.

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will assist:

  • Resolving customer queries ensuring a positive customer satisfaction
  • Supervising all staff & assisting with recruitment, training & development
  • Building a guest focus culture within your team

About You

  • Previous supervisory experience in guest service roles is desirable
  • Previous experience in guest service role in advantageous
  • Passionate in hospitality & delivering guest excellence
  • Ability to encourage a positive working environment across the team
