People Services Administrator

Exciting opportunity to bring your admin skills and exceptional customer support skill to drive efficiencies across the business.

We are seeking a highly motivated People Service Administrator to join our team to act as the first point of contact for general administration and employee service requests. You will be involved in a number of HR related queries and provide exceptional service to the business.

About your new role:

  • Support People & Performance Team and business leaders with new hires and internal movements
  • Provide efficient and accurate administration support for all employee information management across The Star Group properties
  • Process contract of employment, employee movements, and global mobility activities assigned to the team
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records through The Star's internal databases
  • Resolve general queries pertaining to employee records as required
  • Identify and recommend continuous business process improvement of processes, policies and procedures as they pertain to People Services

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree in HR, Business or a related discipline preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in a similar role within HR in a complex organisation
  • Understanding of SAP systems and processes desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Exceptional customer service skills and high attention to detail
