We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our team. Reporting directly to the Hotels Operations Manager, you will lead and empower your team to exceed guest expectations through your genuine passion for service excellence.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Passionate and engaging employees to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests.
  • Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
  • Ongoing evaluation of operating techniques to improve efficiency
  • Managing customer relations to deliver truly memorable experiences
  • Encourage a positive working environment

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Previous experience in Hotel Management is desirable
  • Motivating and highly passionate in delivering guest excellence
  • Passion to lead and develop the team to success
  • Good organisation and leadership skills

The successful candidate will have established leadership skills in a reputable and large five-star luxury accommodation, with proven experience of people management and an authentic customer service approach.
