Our Talent Acquisition team is growing, so we're looking for a recruitment leader to join our team! You will have the opportunity to create impact by providing expertise recruitment advice and demonstrate ownership of the people strategy across a Corporate Services portfolio.

This is a permanent, full time role based in Sydney. Flexible work options are available.

What your role will look like?

This role plays a critical service to our business, specifically within the Remediation portfolio for the Group. As a seasoned, project-oriented leader you will have direct and continuous access to The Executive Leadership Team by leading and executing the strategic recruitment roadmap. We care about doing what is right to support our candidates and our stakeholders across The Star Entertainment Group. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive & collaborative environment, supporting the acquisition of talent across our 3 properties based in Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane.


What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in Corporate or Professional Services recruitment (agency management experience highly regarded)
  • Lived experience presenting to Executive’s with the ability to highly influence and adapt where required
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail to deliver on competing priorities
  • Capability to work with a business that is agile and fast paced; adjusting as required to meet critical recruitment requirements
