Role Overview:
The Contract Manager will be a key member of the project Delivery team, responsible for managing project contracts and administering associated project controls to support the construction and commissioning of large, complex renewables infrastructure projects in Australia. Reporting to the EGM Delivery with Project reporting line to relevant Project Director/Manager, this role is newly created in the business, allowing for (and requiring) the successful candidate to develop and shape a critical function to support our project teams, and being central to the successful delivery of our projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with our project leaders to develop and administer systems and processes for contract management and project controls. They will also interface with our contractors, corresponding on contract matters and handling complex matters. They will build relationships with contractor counterparts, collaborating to solve issues while protecting Tilt’s interests. It will require strong communication and commercial skills, and a good understanding of (and exposure to) broad project drivers, activities, compliance, and risks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of contracts, including monitoring performance, identifying risks, and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of contracted services or products
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in contract management or a related role
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing contracts
- Certification in contract management is preferred
- Experience working in a similar industry is a plus
