What you'll contribute to

This role is based at the Toyota Centre of Excellence in Altona North and is a Permanent role.

The Aftersales Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the Business Development Team at the Aftersales Division to:

  • Coordinate and manage company events (internal events and dealership events)
  • Coordinate the rollout communications and engagement activities

You will work with various company stakeholders (including senior managers) and external suppliers to execute all deliverables.

This dynamic role is calling for someone with high organisational skills and someone who is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

How you'll make an impact

  • Coordinate and manage internal (company) and external events (dealers) including forums, conferences, and meetings.
  • Conduct strategic planning and work with various stakeholders to execute all deliverables prior to the event.
  • Brief management on the progress of key milestones to ensure KPIs and deadlines are being met.
  • Analyse and report on event feedback to ensure continuous improvement after the event.
  • Provide specialist support for the assessment and selection of suppliers to secure delivery of services at expected quality and at optimal cost.
  • Implement and maintain agreed communications and engagement programs, processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve Divisional objectives.

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale events from end to end.
  • Experience within related field, highly desired within Event Coordination/ Planning, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations.
  • Excellent (advance) use of MS Office and Excel skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills including ability to manage internal & external Stakeholders and negotiate outcomes in a complex environment.
  • Ability to multitask multiple projects and events.
