Ensuring our roads are to the standard we, and our customers expect, is vital to the success of our business. As the Concessions Manager, you'll support the NSW Business in our contractual, commercial, project and regulatory responsibilities. You'll manage our relationships with external parties, to ensure our Assets are operating at their optimum, helping our communities to live and travel better.
The impact you'll have:
  • You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the agreements and project deeds for our NSW assets between Transurban and Transport for NSW (TfNSW)
  • You'll gain an in-depth understanding of our concession deeds, ensuring that any updates, changes or amendments are compliant - and keeping the relevant parties informed
  • You'll collaborate and work with a vast array of stakeholders within the business such as Operations, Maintenance, Treasury, Finance, Legal and Public Affairs to ensure the agreements, compliance and risk frameworks are adhered to
  • You'll communicate via various channels to inform, gather feedback and provide solutions, playing a key role in ensuring that the outcomes agreed work positively for all parties
The talents you'll bring:
  • Ideally, you will have a Legal, Business or Engineering background with exposure and an understanding of contractual frameworks/ contract management
  • You'll be an effective communicator (both verbal and written) with the ability to build collaborative and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Your commercial and pragmatic mindset will be vital to success in the role. Exposure in working with multiple contracts (either singular or multiple clients) will be advantageous
  • Your attention to detail is second to none, to ensure compliance is always maintained
  • You can prioritise, multitask, and enjoy working in an autonomous role within a high-performing team
