As a Customer Service Officer no two days will be the same. You'll be responding to customer enquiries through phone and email, working through solutions for customers, investigating and resolving escalations, adjusting toll credits, daily reporting, make recommendations to better ways of working, work with a variety of team members across customer and other business units and much more.

The talents you'll bring:

  • You're an authentic, passionate, customer centric professional with the willingness to think out of the box to find the best outcomes for your customers.
  • Having experience gained within a customer service environment. Any exposure within a contact centre would be highly advantageous.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment, while also enjoy the autonomy of finding the best solution for the customer.
  • You'll have great written communication skills, also striving to provide a high level of accuracy.
  • You'll put customers first, and understand the value of building positive relationships - you're conscientious and accountable for everything you do.
  • A natural problem solver, critical thinker and people person. You'll communicate well with stakeholders, customers and colleagues - online and on the phone.
  • Tech Savvy. You're comfortable navigating a variety of digital systems as well as educating customers in how to self-serve.
  • You'll be driven, resilient and efficient, showing confidence and professionalism whether you're composing an email or on the phone.
  • You'll think bigger and always look for better solutions and ways of working.
  • Willingness and committed to working flexible hours (coverage runs 8am - 6pm weekdays).
