Rail & Technology Systems – Project/Finance Administrator

UGL have an opening for a Administrator to work in our Milperra office to provide site administration and support to our finance department as required. Key Responsibilities include\:

  • Travel booking and expense management of site staff
  • SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
  • Provide site office support, accurate data entry, filing and daily diary management.
  • Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site
  • Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, employees and public, both internal and external, ensuring positive interaction

About you

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role
  • Diploma in Finance/Administration from TAFE (is preferred)
  • Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
  • Any experience in SAP will be highly regarded for the role
